Allied Grape Growers is governed by a seven member Board of Directors. The Board is made up of grower-members from four districts as defined in the association's By-Laws. Representation on the Board is proportional to the regional membership allocation which currently places two representatives from the North Coast, two from the Northern San Joaquin Valley, and three from the Central Valley.

When the three-year term of a Director expires, nominations are made by members in their respective districts at the association's district meetings in April, or by mail prior to the meetings. After nominations are closed at the district meetings, the nominated grower-members are voted upon by mail prior to the annual meeting in July, or by casting of ballots at the annual meeting.

Representing Allied District 1: comprising all of pricing districts 13 and 14 made up of Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and Kern Counties.
